Rev. Jon Bruce Daubenspeck 66, Westfield, passed away Saturday, November 14, 2009 at Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center in Indianapolis. He was born May 4, 1943 in Noblesville, Indiana to Herbert Mace and Deloris May (Unger) Daubenspeck. Rev. Daubenspeck had proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy. Rev. Daubenspeck was serving as Associate Pastor of White Chapel Church in Carmel. He owned and operated Dauby's Domain, Inc., where he was master machinest model maker. Additionally, he had owned and operated Dauby's Family Market in Cicero. Rev. Daubenspeck founded Grace Bible Mission. He also taught bible classes and conducted worship services for Maple Park Senior Living Center. He had been a member of the Westfield VFW, the Noblesville Jaycee's and the Hamilton County Sheriff's Reserve. He is survived by wife, Carol Darleen Daubenspeck of Westfield; daughter, Susan McElfresh of Chicago; daughter, Debra (Randy) Rainbolt of Cape Coral, FL; daughter, April Ward of Carmel; daughter, Tina Daubenspeck (Ted Epstein) of Sanibel, FL; son, Adam Daubenspeck of Indianapolis; and six grandchildren, Zachary Ward, Timothy and Cassandra McElfresh, Rachel and Sarah Rainbolt and Chloe Daubenspeck. He was preceded in death by his parents. Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 18, at White Chapel Church, 5155 E. 116th Street, Carmel, IN. Burial will be at Summit Lawn Cemetery in Westfield, Indiana. Memorial contributions may be made to White Chapel Church OR Christ Community Church World Missions, both co White Chapel Church 5155 E. 116th Street, Carmel, IN 46033.
