Membership includes the Society’s newsletter, which will inform you of upcoming meetings and special events, and a voting participation in the Society.
Two Ways to Join/Renew:
1) In person or by mail
Fill out one of our recent Membership Forms to join (printed copies available at the Museum, Cabin or at most of our program meetings and events). Or Click here to download the membership form - hit the download icon, fill out form electronically & print, or print form & fill out legibly in ink.
Pay by check/cash/credit/debit card at the Museum or Cabin, or mail with a check to the address on the form.
2) Pay online using Zeffy (Payments secured using Stripe)
We have begun using Zeffy, a zero-fee online fundraising platform for non-profits. This allows us to preserve all of the funds we accept via membership, donations, and purchases to serve the mission of our organization. Zeffy will ask for an optional suggested tip during the check-out process, Zeffy keeps this tip money to maintain their platform, but this is optional and can be set to $0 before you submit your online payment. We are a tax-deductible 501(c)3 Domestic Non-Profit Organization subsisting on donations, memberships, and occasional grants. We currently support our museum, cabin, children's programs, speaker programs, publishing and social media, displays, participation in events, storage of donated items, and our office run by volunteers.

Spending time volunteering is a great way to learn our history and share with others. It is also a great way to meet friends with similar interests. Our December Program meeting is normally held on the 2nd Tuesday in December and is a Holiday Show & Tell meeting and Pitch-In.
